I placed a few small Temu orders close together and later realized the tracking pages did not all move at the same speed. Some items looked grouped, while others seemed separate, so I would want to ask about the order without making it sound like everything is missing. Should I explain the combined shopping timeline first, or focus on the one package that has the status I do not understand and the items connected to it?

Temu order timing is the first thing I sort out before searching What are the hours of Temu customer service availability? is which package actually needs attention in the account. With several small items, it helps to separate the grouped shipment from the item with the unclear status. I keep the order page, item names, delivery estimate, and latest tracking wording in one note. That way the support question stays calm, specific, and tied to the real cart experience. It also avoids making a cart of small items sound like one missing-package case, which is easier for everyone to follow.

Order grouping is exactly the thing I’d sort out first with a Temu delivery question. Several small items can create multiple tracking paths, so separating the one package with an unclear status from the rest of the cart keeps the support request much cleaner and easier to follow.
