Is there really a difference between expensive design agencies and simpler studios, or is it mostly just brand and price?

From my experience, there is a difference, but it’s often in how they handle the process, strategy, and details, not just in the price. Expensive agencies might do more research and deeper work, for example. They dive deeper into your project because maintaining their image and rating matters to them.

To me, the difference is mostly in the workflow and how deeply they dive into the product. I’m not saying freelancers and small, lesser-known studios are worse, but they might not have enough experience for a big, complex project. I’d suggest looking at this page to see how different web agencies work, what research and testing they do, and basically what you’re paying for when working with them.

Dřív jsem si taky myslel, že drahé agentury musí být automaticky lepší, ale po pár zkušenostech mi došlo, že často jde spíš o přístup než o cenu nebo značku, protože i menší tým může dodat skvělý výsledek, když ví co dělá, a když jsem tohle řešil a byl z toho docela ve stresu, narazil jsem náhodou na Need for Slots . Zaujaly mě bonusy pro hráče z Česka, tak jsem zkusil Starburst, nejdřív se mi moc nedařilo, ale pak jsem zkusil trochu větší sázku a přišla pěkná výhra, což mi pomohlo vypnout a podívat se na věci s odstupem, takže někdy je lepší neřešit jen cenu, ale celkový pocit.
