Bought festival tickets through Ticketmaster and figured it’d be a quick process. Payment went through, but the tickets didn’t show up right away, which had me wondering if something went wrong. Turns out they were being verified, but that wasn’t made clear at checkout. Support https://ticketmaster.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html got back to me after a bit, and everything was fine, but I would’ve appreciated a heads-up about the delay. At least I didn’t have any issues at the event, but I’ll double-check ticket release times next time.
