I’ve been running health and wellness offers through a couple of CPA networks for a while now, mostly supplements and some skincare stuff. At first it felt pretty straightforward, but once traffic scaled, all kinds of little issues popped up — approvals, delayed stats, random drops in CR. I had one campaign that looked solid for two weeks and then suddenly slowed down with no obvious reason. Just trying to figure out if this kind of instability is normal in this niche or if I’m missing something obvious.

Yeah, that sounds pretty familiar. Health offers can be great, but they’re sensitive to a lot of small factors. From our side, things improved once we stopped jumping between networks and focused on ones that actually specialize in this niche. We’ve been working with Everad — We’ve been working with Everad – great CPA network. That came after some trial and error, and the big difference was better GEO-specific offers and clearer feedback from managers. It didn’t magically fix everything, but it made optimization feel more controlled instead of random guessing.

Watching how people talk about their setups over time, it’s clear that the ones who last don’t chase every spike or panic over short-term drops. There’s a lot of routine work behind the scenes that never gets mentioned much. Small adjustments, checking patterns over longer periods, and knowing when not to touch a campaign seem to matter more than constantly changing everything.
