Searching for a witness to a traffic accident I only have the first and last name of the person who witnessed the accident, but he was in a hurry and did not leave his contact information, now I need to find him urgently for insurance purposes, is it possible to find someone’s contact information through a service if you only know their name? Please share your experience, as this is urgent and I do not have their number.

This is indeed an unpleasant situation, especially when the insurance payment depends on the witness. I understand your stress, because I myself was once in a situation where every minute counted, and the person just left, leaving only their surname.
