    I’ve been reorganizing my workflow lately because managing files across different platforms is turning into a daily struggle. Most of my collaborative documents are stored in Dropbox since my team relies on it, but all the final versions that need to be published or shared with clients must go directly to an FTP server. Switching between Dropbox, web dashboards, and separate FTP applications takes far too much time, and the constant back-and-forth creates unnecessary confusion. I really want a setup where both systems feel connected so I can avoid repeating the same manual tasks over and over again.

    I completely understand what you mean, and I had a very similar situation until I found a detailed guide here dropbox to ftp https://cloudmounter.net/dropbox-ftp/ which explains how to mount both Dropbox and any FTP server as if they were regular drives on macOS. Once you configure it, both storage locations appear directly in Finder, which means you can open folders, edit files, and transfer data between them without needing to log in anywhere or launch extra apps. In my case, this change drastically simplified daily work because everything finally became part of a single, unified file-management system.

    That sounds like exactly the kind of improvement I’ve been searching for. If I can keep both Dropbox and my FTP server available in the same interface and move files instantly, it would eliminate so many repetitive steps from my routine. I deal with dozens of updates every day, so having everything accessible from Finder would not only speed things up but also help me stay more organized. I’ll definitely try setting this up and see how much more efficient my workflow becomes.
