In your current design-development workflows, how do you proactively identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems early enough to avoid cost escalations or delays during construction?

I really like how the Constructability is integrated as an active part of the design process, creating a clear structure for coordination between teams. By cross-checking architectural, structural, and MEP systems early, the process helps detect and resolve issues before construction begins, saving both time and cost. The added layer of QA/QC review ensures consistency across documents, while clear, annotated feedback reports make it easier for stakeholders to stay aligned. Turning the Constructability Review into a continuous, collaborative step rather than a one-time task truly enhances project efficiency and reduces risk.
