I’m getting married in May and I’m trying to get limo prices.
I don’t need anything fancy. I just need a big car to get me from the get-together to the venue. That’s it. It’s a 30 minute ride. Point A to point B, no return. There are 10 of us.
    Everywhere is a minimum of 2, 3, or 4 hours because it’s a wedding.
And I think that’s crazy. Maybe I’m overcompensating, but I’m not going to pay $500-$1000 for a 30 minute ride!

Many companies automatically set wedding packages for several hours, even if only a short transfer is needed. In fact, you pay not only for the trip itself, but also for waiting, preparing the car and the driver’s work. I advise you to look for services that have separate “point-to-point” rates without hourly rent.

For a short trip, it’s really strange to pay as much as half a day of rent. In the limousine industry, this is often due to the fact that companies book a car and driver for several hours at once to cover the time of preparation and downtime. But you can look for simpler options, for example, limo hire London . They offer different packages and you can agree on a short transfer without unnecessary markups. There are separate rates specifically for wedding transfers or group trips. I advise calling directly and not just looking at websites, because more flexible terms and discounts are sometimes given over the phone.
