Hi there! Last weekend, my phone slipped out of my hoodie pocket while I was getting out of the car, and the screen hit the pavement hard. Now I’ve got a spiderweb of cracks and a barely responsive touchscreen. I’m based in the UK and looking for a reliable mobile phone repair service that won’t charge a fortune or make me wait forever. Has anyone here had a solid experience with a repair shop or service that’s fast, fair-priced, and won’t mess up the phone further? Recommendations welcome!

My phone took a pretty nasty fall last month—cracked screen, no touch response, total mess. Local shops gave mixed answers about price and time, so I started asking friends where they go for quick and reliable repairs. One of them pointed me to a website that lists mobile repair options in Manchester, and I ended up getting same-day service. The screen looks brand new, and it didn’t cost nearly as much as I expected. Definitely made me rethink how many issues can be fixed without replacing the whole device.
