    Most of the time I barely think about utility providers because everything runs automatically in the background. Then something changes — a bill looks different, an account update is needed, or a question comes up. Dominion came up during a conversation about that exact situation. When you need help from a utility company, what matters more: getting a fast answer or getting a clear explanation you don’t have to call back about later?
