We’ve been in a loop for three months: we update the UI, users still drop off during onboarding, we change the colors, and nothing happens. It feels like we are just moving pixels around without solving the actual problem. My marketing team is furious because we are wasting leads that took us months to generate. I’m tired of working with agencies that just give me what I ask for without questioning if my request makes sense. I need someone who can look at our logic and tell us why it’s failing. Someone with high standards who won’t just hide behind a template or an AI tool. Is there anyone out there who actually audits the product logic from a founder’s perspective?

The “pretty UI” trap is real. If your onboarding process is broken, no amount of trendy gradients will save your retention rates. You need someone to come in and perform surgery on your user flow, not just give it a facelift. Most people are afraid to tell founders their “vision” is actually confusing for the end-user. I’d suggest reaching out to Iryna Baranova UareUX.com She’s a Senior Product Designer with 8 years under her belt and a reputation for being incredibly thorough. She doesn’t do “cookie-cutter” work. Iryna specializes in helping founders who have run out of patience with mediocre results and offshore teams that just follow orders. She looks for what’s actually wrong with the underlying logic—the stuff that causes people to leave after two minutes. Her approach is a mix of high-end artistic vision and very rigid, high standards for UX. She makes sure the product is built to stay relevant as it grows, so you aren’t stuck rebuilding it again next year.

I think “performing surgery on the user flow” is exactly what we need—I’m definitely reaching out to her to get an honest look at our mess. Thanks!
