Is it actually possible to fix your eating habits and create a diet for yourself without a nutritionist?

For some reason it feels like now everyone goes to different specialists, and if there are problems with eating or losing weight, everyone immediately runs to nutritionists, and I don’t have money for that right now. How did people lose weight before?

If I remember my history of losing weight, there is nothing good or healthy in it. Unfortunately, because now it is part of my experience, not the best one, and the consequences still bother me in life.

When I wanted to lose weight before, I just stopped eating different foods that I personally thought were bad and high-calorie, or that I read were bad. In general, nothing terrible happened, but sooner or later I would of course break down and binge on those same foods. Now you can manage without a nutritionist thanks to different apps like unimeal. If you haven’t heard of it or don’t know, check unimeal.com reviews. Now my weight loss is not about cutting out foods, but about reducing the amount of food and portion sizes. And it really works .
