Hello! Received a DocuSign email containing a link to sign a contract, but clicking it leaves me stuck on a blank page. I cleared browser cache and tried different devices, yet no change. I completed their web support form with details but haven’t seen any acknowledgment. Did anybody experience a dead link like this and actually get it fixed? I’d love to know which step triggered their response.

Hey!! A similar dead-end link occurred with my document, prompting me to search within docusign reviews, which included reports stating that adding browser version, operating system, and the exact error message in one concise message helped support replicate the problem. Using that approach, I sent a message listing browser name plus version, OS type, email associated with the envelope, and pasted the error code shown on the blank page. Within two business days, I received a message with an alternate signing link and clear instructions on adjusting browser settings to prevent future issues. By supplying full technical context together, support was able to identify and resolve the access problem efficiently.
